  1. Who builds the church? The person of God, Jesus Christ, is the builder and the foundation of the church of God. (Matt 16:15-18)
  1. Why does the church exist? The church exists to bring glory to God by fulfilling the purposes of God. (Eph 3:21; Acts 2:42-47)
