COVID-19 Update (3/30/2020)

Due to Covid-19 and the Governor’s Executive Order the church building will be closed to all except essential personnel.

The office hours will be 8:30-4:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Someone will be available to answer the phone during those times. If you need access to the facility you will need to call the office for permission to enter. Anyone found in the building without prior permission from a staff member will be asked to leave.

Please remember, these restrictions are in place to keep us all healthy. While this is a trying time for our community it is also an opportunity to demonstrate our concern for those around us by doing our part to slow the spread of the virus.

Please be in prayer that a cure or vaccination will be found for this virus and that during this crisis people’s hearts will be turned toward God.

COVID-19 Update (3/19/2020)

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, we believe that the best way to care for the vulnerable in our church family and to minister to our community is to meet online, rather than in person, for the next two weeks.

The next few weeks will be an opportunity for our families to grow in our concept of worship as we encounter God in our homes.  Join us for livestream worship on Facebook or through the church website at 10:45 am on Sunday, March 22 and Sunday, March 29.

Continue to check email, Facebook, and for additional ideas for Bible study at home.  We also encourage you to look for ways that you can serve God by serving your neighbors and others in our community.

All in-person activities will be temporarily suspended through March 29.  At that point we will again review the situation and make decisions for April.

Psalm 18:2 reminds us, “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock where I seek refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”  In a world of uncertainty and constant change, our God is steadfast and in control.
